About Our Residents and Tour Guests

Our residents and guests represent several of the most desirable demographic groups for many advertisers. They own homes, are interested in do-it-yourself or renovation projects, are socially aware, are educated, and have buying power. The Olde Towne East homeowners and residents spend a far-above-average amount on home renovations per year.

We see the following in our body of tour attendees:

  • Young up & comers: Single and/or married young professionals, own a new home or are interested in
buying a home. Do-it-yourselfers with plenty of energy.
  • Single (but established) men & women: Likely to own their own home and are very interested in renovation
and redecoration. Typically higher income with no children they are interested in high-end and finer wares.
  • Mature & aware: Interested in history, socially aware and intellectual. They own their own homes. They
have been through the journey of renovation and restoration, and are more likely to use contractors.
  • Ladies day out: The trip has a big appeal as a multi-generational outing for mother/daughter/grandmother
groups, as well as younger women who are researching their first home purchase.
